This page contains information and forms needed to submit construction and landscape plans, siding or roofing replacement, additions, paint color changes, tree removal, or any other exterior changes. If you need other information or have further questions, please contact the ARC Administrator.

ARC Meetings:

The Architectural Review Committee generally meets every other week on Thursday mornings at the FHHOA office, 2033 NW Miller Rd. Applications for review should be submitted to the FHHOA office before noon on the Wednesday preceding a meeting. If you have a question regarding the date of the next meeting, please contact the ARC Administrator.

Please note that ARC rules change from time to time and ARC documents here may be amended. Applicants should contact the Association office prior to making application in order to receive the most up-to-date documents. Items such as asphalt composition roofs, EIFS siding replacements and special rules for homes in Estates 8 have been changed.
