Description of Committee:
The Nominating Committee is responsible for recruiting candidates for the Board of Directors prior to the annual election and preparing a list of nominees for the vacant Board positions in the election. The Committee arranges for publication of information about the election in the newsletter and inclusion of candidate statements in the newsletter, establishes rules for candidate statements, coordinates placement of candidate names on proxies and ballots. The Committee is made up of a Chair and up to five members appointed by the Board. The Committee meets as necessary prior to the annual election to carry out its responsibilities.

FHHOA Seeks New Members for Board of Directors
Request for Nominations
Forest Heights is governed by a seven (7) member Board of Directors, each of whom serves for a three year term. The three year terms are staggered so that each year new Board members join as the most senior Board members’ terms expire. In May, two (2) Board members’ terms expire, and the Board is seeking their replacements. The annual Board member election will be held May 4th, the first Tuesday in May, in conjunction with the Annual Meeting.
