Description of Committee: The purpose of the Association Management Oversight committee is to review, evaluate and make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning management of the Association by the general manager and staff. The Committee oversees operating and personnel policies of the association, position descriptions, performance reviews and compensation plans. The Committee oversees the performance of the Association’s general manager, coordinates an annual review of job performance, and makes recommendations to the Board concerning compensation for the general manager. The Committee also evaluates and makes recommendations concerning employee benefits, risk management issues and policies, and the association office facilities. The Association Management Oversight Committee meets at least quarterly or more often as reasonable and appropriate. The Committee is made up of a chair and other members who are appointed by the Board. The Committee chair attends meetings of the Board as necessary for the purpose of reporting on the Committee’s activities and recommendations. |
