Stephen,
the newest member of the staff, joined Forest
Heights
in February of 2008 as the General Manager. He brings with him
over twenty years of community association and resort management
experience. He is dedicated to providing quality community services
and is committed to maintaining Forest
Heights mantra as the
“best place to live in Portland”.
Stephen believes
that there are three keys to successful Home Owner Association
(HOA) operations; communication, financial planning and effective
management.
Born
and raised in Maryland, then
educated in New England, Stephen moved to Lake Tahoe in 1980
after a two year stint in the Caribbean.
After twenty years managing a prestigious lakefront resort,
Stephen and his family relocated to Oregon
seeking a lifestyle change. He is an outdoor enthusiast and
can be found many evening hiking or biking to round out his
day.

J.
Pat joined the Forest
Heights
staff as Compliance
Coordinator in July 2005. His responsibilities include following
up on complaints and covenant violations, as well as being the
Administrator of the Architectural Review Committee. He is often
seen driving through the Association to inspect the community.
J.
Pat has his CMCA designation (Certified Manager of Community
Associations) from the National Board of Certification for Community
Association Managers, and is pursuing an advanced designation.
He has three years prior experience in managing a portfolio
of Homeowner Associations in the Portland
area. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, J. Pat enjoys
problem solving and is often the "go-to guy" for resolving situations
that arise in Forest
Heights. |

Sharon McMorine,

Sharõn
joined the Forest
Heights
staff as the Office Administrator in August 2004.
Her responsibilities include processing dues invoicing,
receivables, and processing payables while coordinating daily
administrative duties.
Sharõn
has many prior years of experience working in community association
management in various administrative and accounting capacities.
Sharõn
has a young son who will be attending kindergarten in the fall. |

Krystle
joined the Forest Heights staff
as a part-time Communications Coordinator in February 2005 after
being a stay at home mom for 5 years.
Krystle’s responsibilities include all communications
with residents and merchants in the Forest
Heights Village
Center.
These communications includes managing the newsletter
and the FHHOA.com website.
She is also very involved with the Community Outreach
and Park & Recreation committees.
Krystle is a graduate
from Portland
State University
with degrees in International Marketing and Advertising.
After graduation, Krystle worked for a start up company
and worked her way into the Marketing department of Stoel Rives
LLP.
Krystle is married
with 3 kids attending Forest Park Elementary.
Besides being a staff at the HOA, Krystle and her family
has lived in Forest
Heights
since 2000. |

Richard Metzger,
Maintenance Supervisor

Richard
joined the Forest
Heights
staff in March 2003 as the Maintenance Supervisor.
He has over twenty years of experience working in the
landscape construction industry around the Portland
area.
Richard’s
main responsibilities include ensuring that our trail system
and natural areas remain accessible and adhere to the association’s
aesthetic requirements.

Juan Guerrero,
Maintenance

Juan
joined the Forest
Heights
staff in August 2005 as part of the maintenance staff.
His many responsibilities include building and maintaining
the trail system, clearing blackberries, painting, working with
the drainage and irrigation system, and planting throughout
the community.
Juan
has over 10 years of experience in the field of landscape maintenance,
construction, irrigation and painting.
