The Forest Heights Homeowners Association maintains a park at Mill Pond, and the City of Portland maintains a park next to Forest Park Elementary School.

Toward that end, the Forest Heights Homeowners Association works directly with builders, landscapers and homeowners to make decisions that will preserve the community’s integrity, as well as to organize special events that are designed to welcome
newcomers and foster a sense of community.

Education...

Forest Heights boasts its own school, Forest Park Elementary School. Additionally, Forest Heights’ proximity to a handful of Portland’s finest public schools, as well as a host of private institutions, makes it possible to give our children the education they deserve. School bussing to other schools is provided by Portland Schools. High school students may use the Forest Heights bus service.
