In addition, there are 13 sub-associations made up of 676 townhomes and condominiums, 160 apartment units and a small retail center. In total, there are 17 unique neighborhoods located in Forest Heights. It is estimated that Forest Heights has a population of approximately six thousand residents.

What are the sizes of homes in Forest Heights? Price ranges? What about the condos?

In our community you will find a wide variety in both the size of homes and in their architectural styles. From Brownstones and English Tudor condominiums to Craftsman bungalows, traditional Colonials, Mediterranean Villas and Victorians, sizes can range between 2,000 sqft to over 6,000 sqft. Does Forest Heights have any public transportation such as a shuttle bus?

Forest Heights operates a private shuttle bus service Monday – Friday during peak commuting hours. The shuttle transports Forest Heights residents to the Sunset Transit Station where they can then board Portland’s TriMet system which includes trains heading east to Portland or west to Hillsboro.
