How much is the Forest Heights HOA Semi-Annual Assessment?
All owners of a residential lot or a condominium/townhome (referred to as sub-associations) within the Forest Heights HOA property boundaries are legally required to pay the Forest Heights HOA Semi-Annual Assessment.
The Forest Heights HOA Semi-Annual Assessment is currently $288.00 and is due on January 1st and July 1st each year. In 2010, owners of a residence on a private street pay an Annual Assessment of $102.20 which is due January 1st each year. Please Note: This assessment is in addition to the Forest Heights HOA Semi-Annual Assessment.
The Association offers a 30 day grace period following the due date. A late charge of $50 is assessed to accounts 30 days or more past due. A finance charge of .75% per month is assessed to accounts 30 days or more past due.
NOTE: If you live in a condominium/townhome (sub-association), you are also responsible for paying dues to your sub-association. The Forest Heights Homeowners Association does not bill nor collect HOA dues for sub-association properties.
